Love the ambiance and service of the restaurant! The drinks were delicious and strong. Started off with the pig candy which was probably my favorite thing, it was perfectly sweet and savory. The glaze on the pork was so good, and the vegetables were perfectly paired. Also ordered a side of mac and cheese, it was good, but I feel like it lacked a little bit of flavor. For my entree I had the spicy rigatoni, which was also good, however | also felt it lacked a little bit of flavor. Without the cheese, it would've felt more lackluster.We also had the bourbon butter chicken, which was also good. I feel like the chicken was better in this dish than in mine. Overall, I enjoyed the bourbon butter chicken more, everything was a bit more flavorful and fresh.

We had a party of 9 and were treated so well. He was on top off getting our drinks, refilling our water, taking pictures of our group. He was just great! I got the HAM-azing croissant, which is about the size of my head. It was so good, and I'll have leftovers for days. This was my first time there and such a positive experience!

Boss Cat Kitchen & Libations in The Woodlands absolutely exceeded every expectation. If it’s your first visit, the braised short rib is a must. It’s incredibly tender, rich, and packed with flavor. It’s the kind of dish you remember long after the meal is over. That said, the biggest surprise of the night was the burger. Let’s be honest, most burgers are just burgers. The differences usually come down to slightly better beef, toppings, or the bun. Not here. This burger is an absolute foodie masterpiece. Every ingredient is perfectly balanced and intentionally crafted, creating layers of flavor that are both bold and refined. It isn’t just one of the best burgers I’ve had in Texas. It stands shoulder to shoulder with any burger I’ve had anywhere in the world. After eating at hundreds, if not thousands, of restaurants across the country, I can honestly say this is the best burger I’ve had to date.

Sunday brunch was outstanding! My wife and I both ordered the Gravy Train (I added over-easy eggs), and it absolutely blew us away. It was the perfect meal after a Saturday night out. The $5 mimosas and screwdrivers were a fantastic bonus too. Great food, great drinks, and a fun atmosphere. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in The Woodlands! Great brunch! We had a reservation. The dirty soda was really good—Sprite with peaches and cream. 🍑😋. Good pancakes and egg fried over medium. 🥞 🍳 I also enjoyed the restaurant decor.
